Gram & Juhl visited the Wind Energy Student Association (WESA) at DTU – Technical University in Copenhagen

Thursday the 6th of April, CTO, Klaus Gram, and CEO, Axel Juhl, visited the Wind Energy Student Association (WESA) at DTU – Technical University in Copenhagen, where 30 students came to hear about Gram & Juhl and CMS.

Klaus and Axel gave a broad overview of Gram & Juhls activities worldwide, and insight into their own developed Turbine Condition Monitoring System – The TCM® system that is installed in all Siemens wind turbines and approximately 80% of all off shore turbines.

With a mixture of European, Asian and Latin-American nationalities, the student audience had a very international background, but they all had a background in Mechanical, Aerospace and Electrical Engineering, all specialized in wind energy.

All where students at the wind related Masters- the Wind Energy Master and the Sustainable Master with Specialization in Wind Energy. The audience was very excited to hear about monitoring from a different angle, how it really works in the field, outside the Technical University.

The purpose of this trip was to engage the students in the world of turbine condition monitoring, but also to find possible future candidates to join the Gram & Juhl team.
